Woozienotgod is not god. He's Woozie!! Also known by a variety of other names, woundman, OriginalCozyBoy, Boss of the Shavasana, The Third Eyed Guide, Blue Yeti Blues Boi, Glory Hole Masochist, Action Bronson's Brother That Got Mollested, GrownAssManDog, The Gimp, and of course, Albino Lightning!!! He is partnered with RUMR Records here on the East Coast. Although, his true home remains with The Earthworm Society, which is based on the West Coast where Woozie and it's members currently reside. Woozie is one of the unique artists that connects the East Coast with the West Coast in this way, living out in Modesto along with Sol. His style as an artist is one that does not conform to any idea or genre. He makes music that expresses the moment and puts his all into his craft. A loving father and provider for his family, Woozie represents all the artists that have to balance a work and family life with making music. You can often find themes within his songs reflecting that balance, which provides for a real and down to earth experience with each listen. It's not about the numbers for Woozie, speaking about monetary gain or plays and online interaction. True expressive art is always the goal and often times the tracks that are created through such a process are a reminder in and of themselves why we all continue to create and are a testament to how someone can truly put themselves into their music. Life is not without it's struggles and there are many people in this world who live their lives in a way that causes suffering for others. Woozie is always one of the first to speak against the perceived evils and wrongdoings of others, standing up for humanity as a whole and encouraging us all to be true to ourselves. He can beat your ass and fend for himself if you cross him, but otherwise he really give off "big teddy bear" vibes and is full of love and support for those around him. He may not be God, but Woozie is a role model to many and an inspiration to all of us at RUMR Records and we are honored to have him on board with us.
